Consultation on the Right to Control Trailblazer regulations
The government ran a consultation on the Right to Control Trailblazers regulations from 25 February to 26 May 2010. The regulations provide a more detailed framework for how the Trailblazers will deliver the Right to Control. The consultation is now closed.

Consultation on the Right to Control policy
The government ran a consultation from 11 June to 30 September 2009 on the new right to give disabled people more control over the funding they receive. The consultation is now closed.
